Deposit Policy
A $100 non-refundable deposit must be made in order to reserve your appointment. Deposit will be credited towards the full amount of the service. Deposit is only transferable within 48 hour rescheduling notice. Less than 48 hours or same day rescheduling will need to send another deposit to reserve new appointment.
Late/Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy
Please call, text or DM if you are going to be late. You are given a 15 minute grace period to arrive to your appointment. Being more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will result in cancellation of your session and forfeit of your deposit. Please give yourself time to account for traffic or parking. If you arrive early to your appointment, please wait in your car and message me to see if I am available to start earlier.
You will not be refunded your deposit if you need to cancel your appointment at any time. It is non-refundable and only transferable if appointment is rescheduled within 48hr. If cancelling appointment after timeframe, 50% of the service will be charged to card on file. If you are a no-call/no-show, you will be charged 50% of balance & I will not accept you as a future client.

No Call No Show Policy
We understand that life happens, and schedules can change unexpectedly. However, as a small business, our time is valuable, and missed appointments impact both us and other clients.
Effective immediately, any *No Call No Show* will result in a charge of **50% of the scheduled service cost** to the card on file. This policy applies without prior warning, as we reserve this time specifically for you.
By booking an appointment with us, you agree to this policy. We appreciate your understanding and continued support in helping us provide the best service for all our clients.
Touch Ups
Touch ups are complimentary within first 4 months after initial session. If you’re scheduling between 4th & 12th month, there will be a fee of $100.
After 12 months, your appointment will be considered a refresher at the standard refresher price.
I do not work over existing brows, regardless of how faded they may be - any previous work done by another artist is treated as a first time session at full price.
Guests
It is preferred to come without additional guests so my undivided attention can be given to you and your tattoo.
If needed, 1 guest is allowed to come with you. Children 8 years old or older allowed.
No pets (unfortunately LOL)
